Street food post: L' As du Fallafel

L'As du Fallafel je jedno od mesta koje obavezno morate posetiti ukoliko dodjete u Pariz. Falafel je na listi 10 neverovatno ukusnih stvari koje ne smete propustiti u Parizu koju je objavio David Lebovitz, poslasticar, bloger, autor nekoliko knjiga o dezertima, koji trenutno zivi u Parizu i pise o slatkom zivotu u ovom divnom gradu.

Viva la Mexico!!!

Volim sve sto je sitno seckano, proprzeno, moze da se prelije nekim sosom i umota u nekakav hleb... Giros, burito, falafel, savarma, lista nema kraja.

Meksicka hrana je oduvek bila na vrhu moje liste omiljene hrane. Lako i brzo se sprema, mozete praviti razlicite varijacije, koristiti meso i povrce koje volite, praviti razne sosove i umake. Ovo je moja danasnja verzija.

I love everything that is finely chopped, fried, with some sauce and wrapped in some kind of bread... Gyros, burrito, falafel, shawarma, this list never ends.

Mexican food has always been at the top of my favorite food list. It's fast and easy to make, you can choose any combo you like.You can use the meat and vegetables you like, make different dips and sauces. This is my today's version.

Something great's cooking


Da odmah predjemo na stvar. Recept za blog koji danas, specijalno, po prvi put pravim ide nekako ovako: kasicica ili dve specijaliteta iz moje kuhinje, prstohvat posete pijaci, bakalnici, bistrou, restoranu, nekoliko mrvica omiljene ulicne hrane iz mog grada ili nekog drugog grada, nekoliko kapi uvek dobre vruce kafe... Ukljuciti rernu na 180 stepeni, smesu uliti u kalup i za nekih 22-23 minuta izvaditi iz rerne i ostaviti da se dobro ohladi. Premazati sa malo specijalnog preliva i posuti cokoladnim mrvicama. Konzumacija obavezna uz prvu jutarnju kafu. Nadam se da cete uzivati. 

Ovo su neki od specijaliteta iz kuhinje malog slatkog ratatouille-a koje cete videti u sledecim postovima. Zato ostanite uz mene i vidimo se uskoro. 

Let's get to business right away. This recipe that I'm making today, for the first time, goes something like this: tablespoon or two of something delicious from my kitchen, pinch of visit to the market, bistro, restaurant, little bit of favorite street food from my town or any other town and a few drops of great hot coffee.. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and pour the mixture into the mold. Take it out of the oven in 22-23 minutes and let it cool completely. Then frost the cake with a little bit of special frosting and sprinkle it with chocolate. Always have it with your morning coffee. I hope you'll enjoy.
