Sendvic sa pecurkama / Mushroom and cheese sandwich

Sendvic sa pecurkama / Mushroom and cheese sandwich

Za mene su ovakvi sendvici uvek pravi izbor za jesenji rucak uz corbu od povrca ili kao jedan od sendvica za nedeljni dorucak kada smo svi kod kuce i imamo vremena za ovakve zavrzlame:).

For me, this is a great choice for a quick lunch with a vegetable soup or salad, or for a Sunday brunch when everyone is gathered at home on those morning when we have time to make all those great yummy stuff. 

Sastojci / Ingredients

integralni hleb ili onaj koji najvise volite / whole wheat bread or any kind you like the most
pecurke / mushrooms
kackavalj / cheese (Gouda, Cheddar, Emmentaler...) 
praziluk / leeks

Praziluk i pecurke iseckajte na listice i isprzite na malo maslinovog ulja, posolite i pobiberite. Hleb isecite na tanke kriske i prepecite ga u tosteru ili u rerni i cim bude gotov stavite na svaku krisku jedno parce kackavalja da bi se istopio dok ne zavrsite nadev. Na svako parce stavite mesavinu pecuraka i praziluka i posluzite dok je jos vruce. 

Cut leeks and mushrooms into slices and pan fry it with a little bit of extra virgin olive oil, season it with salt and paper. Slice the bread and toast it either in a toaster or in the oven. As soon as it's nice and warm, put cheese on each slice so it melts until veggies are done. On each slice generously put mushroom and leeks  and serve it while it's still hot.
